Know about the CAB in short and full

CAB = Citizenship (Amendment) Bill

भारतीय राष्ट्रभाषा हिंदी में इसे नागरिकता संशोधन पत्र कहा जाता है | नागरिकता संशोधन पत्र  2019 के तहत पाकिस्तान , अफगानिस्तान और बांग्लादेश जो की ये सभी देश इस्लामिक देश है इसलिए इन देशो के अल्पसख्यंक जैसे हिन्दू ,जैन , बौद्ध ,पारसी , सिख और ईसाई ये सभी धर्म के आधार पर इनके साथ हुए भेदभाव और अत्याचार से प्रताड़ित लोगो जो भारत में शरण लेकर शर्णाथि बने है उनको भारतीयता की नागरिकता अब् 6 साल तक भारत में रहने वाले को मिल जाएगी जबकि इस  नागरिकता अधिनियम 1955 के तहत पहले शर्णाथियो को 11 वर्ष रहने के बाद ही भारत की नागरिकता दी जाती थी | 

और इस बिल में मुसलमान शरणाथियों को इसलिए नहीं रखा गया क्यूँकि उनके पास शरण लेने के लिए और भी बहुत इस्लामिक देश है जिधर वह शरण ले सकते है और जो इन इस्लामिक देशो के जो अल्पसख्यंक है उनके लिए ये भारत ही उचित स्थान है | समझने वाली बात ये ही की ये बिल इस्लमिक पडोसी देशो के अल्पसख्यंक के लिए बनाया गया है जो की हमेशा से धार्मिकता के कारण प्रताड़ित किये जाते रहे है |

CAB भारतीय मुसलमान को किसी भी तरह से डरने का कोई कारण ही नहीं देता | जब भारतीय है तो भला किस बात का डर ? आखिर ये CAB गैर मुस्लिम शर्णाथियो को भारत की नागरिकता दे रही है यानी उन्हें भारतीय बनाकर भारतीयता का हक़ दे रही है जबकि भारत में रह रहे मुसलमान के पास तो पहले से ये भारतीय होने हक़ मौजूद है तभी तो वह भारत के मुसलमान कहलाये जायेंगे , तो भला किस बात का डर | हाँ अगर कोई मुसलमान घुसपैठ करके यहां पर गैर क़ानूनी तरीके से रहे रहा है तो वह CAB से डरे यह जायज़ भी है | क्योकिं यह बिल केवल पड़ोसी इस्लामिक देश के अल्पसख्यंको के लिए बनाया गया है जो वह धर्म के आधार पर उत्पीड़न का शिकार हुए लोगो को शरण दे रहे है इसलिए इस बिल के तहत पडोसी देश के मुसलमानो को नागरिकता नहीं दी जा रही है क्योकि उनके पास और भी देश है शरण लेने के लिए ,नागरिकता लेने के लिए लेकिन फिर भी कोई पडोसी मुल्क का मुसलमान नागरिकता के याचिका करता है तो उसकी जाँच करके उसे शरण दी जाएगी बल्कि 500 से अधिक पडोसी मुसलमानो को इसी तरह नागरितकता दी गयी है | यह केवल भ्र्म फैलाया जा रहा है की मुसलमानो के ये नहीं हुआ हिन्दुओ के लिए हो रहा है ऐसा कुछ नहीं है भारत सरकार हर किसी का ध्यान दे रही है इससे किसी को डरने की कोई आवश्कयता नहीं है |

And in this bill, Muslim refugees are not kept because they have more Islamic countries to take refuge in, where they can take refuge and this is the right place for the minority of these Islamic countries. It is to be understood that this bill has been made for the minority of Islamic neighbors, who have always been persecuted for their righteousness.

CAB does not give any reason to fear Indian Muslims in any way. When there is an Indian, what is there to fear? After all, this CAB is giving citizenship of India to non-Muslim Sarnathiyos, that is, giving them the right to Indianness by making them Indians, whereas a Muslim living in India already has the right to be an Indian, only then they will be called Muslims of India. Well, what are you afraid of? Yes, if a Muslim has infiltrated and stayed here illegally, then it is justified that he is afraid of the CAB. Because this bill has been made only for the minority of the neighboring Islamic country, who are giving shelter to the victims of persecution on the basis of religion, therefore, the Muslims of the neighboring country are not being given citizenship under this bill because they have more The country is also to take refuge, to take citizenship, but even if a neighbor's Muslim petition for citizenship, he will be examined and given asylum rather than 500 Citizenship has been given to more neighboring Muslims in this way. It is only being spread that this has not happened for Hindus, it is not happening to the Hindus, the Government of India is paying attention to everyone, there is no need to fear anyone.
